SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Customer Success Manager (Latam Backhaul) in Redmond, WA. You will own Latin America backhaul accounts from signature through onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth, serving as the primary customer contact.
You will drive revenue, monitor KPI performance, and coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations to reduce errors and ensure timely payments and contracts. Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese is required.
