• Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
• Provide accurate information about store hours, services, and promotions
• Be knowledgeable about basic customer inquiries, be courteous while assisting customers, and transfer calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
• Take and relay messages clearly and efficiently
  
  Education & Experience:

  The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Physical Requirements /Lifting Requirements:

  Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

  Sedentary work
  - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally or all other sedentary criteria are met.
