Location: Northern
Elev8 is expanding its Client Success team in the United States. The Customer Success Manager will own post-sale relationships, drive onboarding, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and account growth.
You’ll manage 15–25 mid-market clients with $5K–$50K monthly retainers, translating marketing concepts into client-friendly narratives and maintaining accurate dashboards and reports.
