Location: Northern
Cool Sys is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to manage incoming service requests and assign technicians based on skills, urgency, and geographic distance. You will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure accurate data entry for dispatch.
Starting 8/31/26, training runs 5am-2pm for six weeks. The role requires a full-time schedule, including overnights, on a rotation basis, to support nationwide HVAC and energy management services.
