Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives. This entry‑level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and gaining hands‑on experience in events, promotions, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and activities.

  • Help prepare event materials, displays, supplies, and resources.

  • Welcome attendees and provide friendly and professional assistance.

  • Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.

  • Answer questions and help identify customer needs.

  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.

  • Maintain an organized and professional event environment.

  • Coordinate with team members to help ensure events run smoothly.

  • Assist with customer follow-ups and post‑event engagement.

  • Gather customer feedback and share relevant information with the team.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
