Location: Northern
Accendra Health is seeking a bilingual customer service representative to educate patients on products and services, resolve issues, and place supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center. Spanish/English proficiency is required and experience in customer service is preferred.
You will handle inbound calls, outbound outreach, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and sales teams while meeting KPIs and learning Byram therapies to assist patients effectively.
