As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the voice of our customers. You’ll onboard new accounts, run training, and ensure teams get value from aerial mapping and BIM tools.
You’ll monitor adoption, run QBRs where appropriate, and partner with sales and product on expansions and feedback. Ideal candidates combine empathy, organization, and curiosity about construction and field services.
Responsibilities- Onboard new accounts and run success plans.
- Train users on aerial mapping and BIM workflows.
- Track health metrics and expand usage within accounts.
- Escalate product feedback with clear, actionable detail.
- 3+ years in CS or account management for B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication; construction or field-services background preferred.
- Comfort with CRM and basic data on usage and retention.
