Customer Care​/Deposit Operations; Waco

The First National Bank of Central Texas is looking for help in its growing Deposit Operations department. We are looking for a customer care specialist who is detail oriented and has great customer service skills.

• Provides a wide variety of support to all Bank Departments
• Monitors and processes items related to Deposit Operations of the bank
• Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers
• Customer Service duties are primarily performed by phone responding to external customers inquiries regarding account balances, debit card, online banking and account questions or issues.
• All duties preformed with highest level of confidentiality for our customer, employee and bank information
