Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Customer Support Specialist performs and coordinates administrative activities as it pertains to customer requirements and needs. This role provides daily support to both external and internal customers while assisting with scheduling, status, and other requests in an efficient and fast-paced team environment.

Job Experience- Previous experience in aerospace or manufacturing
- Cox Machine representative and point of contact for key customer accounts.
- Internal liaison to effectively communicate customer status, requirements, and issues as needed
- Correct and efficient order entry, maintenance, and adjusting to meet customer needs.
- Obtain and manage customer reports, forecasts, and contractual documentation.
- Accurate internal order scheduling, upkeep, and communication as needed.
- Confer with team members to solve problems, complete tasks, and assist with other customer accounts.
- Adapt as needed to support new customers, evolving trends, and developing projects.
- Set meetings as needed to communicate and elevate issues to internal customers and stakeholders appropriately.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to expedite orders and resolve issues.
- Act as liaison between departments or other groups to improve function, performance or communication.
- Compile spreadsheets and tables, performing excel functions as needed to review data
- Review applicable organizational policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Able to analyze information, interpret the data and communicate the information effectively
- Able to perform other duties as assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to analyze and solve problems
- Must be able to engage in reflective and independent thinking
