The Call Center Officer is responsible for managing telephone calls in relation to promoting services, receiving feedback, and handling queries of customers. He/she will be the bridge to timely and effective communication between the customer and the management.

• Answers inbound telephone calls from patients, visitors and other customers and handles their inquiries/feedback in a pleasant and friendly manner
• Supports revenue generation through telesales to customers in relation to specific sales/marketing promotional campaigns of hospital services.
• Identifies and escalates priority issues and routes the call to the appropriate channel for timely response
• Enters new customer information into software and updates existing information effectively and efficiently
• Maintains equipment according to guidelines and notifies support staff in event of equipment malfunction or system failure
• Maintains an accurate record keeping system (manually and electronically) and prepares data, reports and documents as required.
• Forwards promotional information and products, including material developed by Marketing and samples to customers by courier, mail or fax.
• Actively participates in inter-departmental meetings to discuss strategies for process improvement.
• Gathers information and remains aware promotional programs, competitive products, and merchandising/marketing practices
• Seeks professional growth through continuing further education and remaining updated with market trends.
