Customer Experience Associate Peerspace

Peerspace is an online marketplace for renting event and meeting spaces. This role handles the guest and host conversations that need a human touch, such as booking disputes, last-minute cancellations, or disagreements over a reservation. Associates work across chat, email, phone, and SMS, using AI tools to draft responses while editing for accuracy and tone before anything is sent.

The employer wants 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or support, along with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and comfort using AI tools alongside human judgment. Candidates should be able to resolve cases independently, know when to elevate, and track their own quality and response-time metrics. Experience with online marketplaces or Intercom is a plus.

This is a remote-first position paying $25.00 per hour, working on a 4-week rotating schedule with mostly Monday-Friday 8-hour days and some weekend coverage in the fourth week. Candidates must be based in the USA.
