** CX Concierge
** The concierge will assist clients, and support the Service, Rental, and Client Experience Departments,   and be responsible for pick-up and delivery to customers. Responsible for optimizing the rental   experience based on the clients’ needs and providing exceptional customer service. CX Duties/Responsibilities:  
• Provides support to CX, Rental, and Service Departments.

• Safely pick-up and deliver rental and customer vehicles to and from the dealership.

• Obtain photos of rental and customer vehicles.  
• Cleaning and maintaining rental vehicles when drive is completed is required  
• A checklist will be provided for each drive, which must be completed and turned in.  
• Maintain professional and direct contact with service clients and associates.  
• Input required information into company software.

• Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of patrons, customers, guests,   or employees.

• Arrive at work on time and in Carvenience gear!  Required Skills/Abilities:  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.

• Redcap experience preferred but not necessary.  
• Attention to detail.  
• Highly polished, proven character qualities.  
• Willingness to be coached

• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.  
• Ability to deliver world class client satisfaction.  
• MUST have a valid Driver License and preferably knows how to drive a manual vehicle  
• Flexible schedule able to adapt  
• MUST be able to handle clients’ complaints with professionalism and confidence## Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and or standing  
• Bending  
• Lifting  
• Light detail of vehicle
• Strong communication, organizational skill, and must be able to keep a clean work area

Education and Experience:

• At least two years of hospitality service/ Customer Service  
• High School Diploma
