This role helps members resolve financial needs quickly and confidently while strengthening their overall financial well-being. By delivering accurate, compliant, and personalized support in both English and Spanish, the Bilingual Member Service Representative builds trust and connects members with solutions that support their goals.
What You’ll Do- Resolve member and non-member inquiries efficiently, delivering a professional and supportive contact center experience
- Process financial transactions, account inquiries, and account maintenance accurately and in accordance with established controls
- Identify member needs and connect them with relevant Credit Human products and services that support their financial health
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to ensure members understand available options and next steps
- Protect members and the organization by consistently following policies, procedures, BSA requirements, and other applicable regulations
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to provide reliable guidance
- Achieve service, referral, training, and team goals that contribute to department and organizational growth
- Make a meaningful difference by helping members improve their financial health and well-being
- Use your bilingual communication skills to create an accessible, trusted experience for a diverse membership
- Build broad financial services expertise through hands‑on experience with transactions, account servicing, products, and compliance
- Succeed in a collaborative contact center where individual contributions support shared department and organizational goals
- Grow through ongoing training, clear performance expectations, and opportunities to strengthen your member-service skills
- Enjoy the connection and teamwork of a fully on-site role at a designated Credit Human location
Required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or financial service experience and/or contact center customer service experience
Required
- PC skills and 10-key by touch
- Type 30 or better words per minute
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications:
Required
Employees must demonstrate Spanish language proficiency by passing the Foreign Language Incentive Program assessment within 90 days of completing training.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Paygrade: 1BA
The expected pay range for this position is $17.98-$19.00 hourly.
