# Customer Care Center Representative Owen - Waco, TX 76710## Description American Bank is seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and building relationships with customers over the phone and through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
** Responsibilities:
*** Greet customers and perform transactions including by not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and accepting loan payments both over the phone and through an ITM
* Listen to customers and review current relationships to offer products and services best suited to fit their needs
* Review online banking applications, process bill pay applications, remote deposit capture batches and review and approve mobile deposit transactions
* Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer online banking issues
* Receive, research and resolve customer inquiries about their accounts## Qualifications

* At least 1 year of banking experience required
* Familiarity with Jack Henry systems preferred
* Bilingual preferred
