Job Summary /

Key Responsibilities:

Postsand controls invoices in MSC IT systems.

Entersandcontrols invoices information into MSC proprietary IT system.
Acts as aliaison between different departments within the accounting group.
Takesdocumentaland customer service responsibility for all invoices handled.
Maintains efficient processes associated with invoice approvals.
Follows-upon implementation of recommendations and improvements.
Establishesandmaintainsa positive relationship with both internal and external customers.
Presence required on‑site 5 days per week
Performs other related duties, as assigned.

This role requires working on‑site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off‑site duties are being performed.

Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum 1-2 years industry experience

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES

Lean six sigma certification

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on acomputer

Must be able to commute to the designated office location
