Job Responsibilities
**** Greet customers promptly and professionally
* Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
* Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
* Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
* Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
* Review completed work and invoices with customers
* Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores and retention
* Follow dealership processes and manufacturer standards
* Assist in achieving department sales and service goals
