Rac Fit is a tennis, pickleball, fitness, and social community center in Buda, Texas. Our mission is to create a vibrant, inclusive, and health-focused community for members of all ages. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a smooth and positive experience upon arrival.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with check-ins, answering general inquiries, and promoting a friendly environment that encourages wellness and community engagement.

Title Customer Experience Associate Location Rac Fit - Buda, Texas Reports to Ownership Team Type Part-time

• Greet all members and guests with a positive, friendly attitude as they enter the club.
• Assist with member check-ins and provide accurate information regarding membership policies, amenities, and available services.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding club hours, classes, and special events.
• Assist with new member orientations and tours of the facility.
• Promote upcoming events, promotions, and programs to enhance member engagement.

• Monitor member access, ensuring safety and compliance with club policies.
• Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Folding and stocking towels throughout the facility.
• Complete daily task list and/or closing checklist.

• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere throughout the club.
• Report any member concerns or facility issues to management promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to move around the facility and assist members as needed.
• Light lifting of promotional materials or equipment may be required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including willingness to work primarily weekends and occasional holidays.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience.
• Familiarity with membership management systems.
• A passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to string racquets.
