- Knowledge of and experience working with current and popular technologies such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, MS Office and digital media tools.
High School Diploma required. 2-3 years college coursework preferred. 2-3 years customer services experience.
Hours and SchedulingPart-time, approximately 5 hours per week. Daytime, evening and especially weekend shifts. This substitute position includes a fixed shift of every 4th weekend.
Flexibility in scheduling is required as this position provides service coverage for staff who are on vacation, ill, and other scheduling gaps. Occasional opportunity to pick up additional hours when the department needs shift coverage.
Ability to provide own transportation between main library and makerspace branch.
Salary & Benefits$19.95 to $24.90/hour, depending on qualifications. No benefits.
Arlington Heights Memorial Library, Cook County
