Join our winning team today! We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing retention and revenue growth through customer service strategies and in-book marketing.

Pay from $45,000 to more than $75,000+ per year

• -Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• -One year of prior insurance experience minimum preferred.
• -Insurance Licensing (Property & Casualty or Life & Health) preferred.
• -Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• -Create an exceptional experience for customers, teammates, and leadership.
• - Implement the agency’s retention and in book marketing plan.
• - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• -Ability to self-motivate.
• -Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• -Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• -Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
