GPO FCU is seeking a Universal Service Specialist to support members across branches and our Member Service Center. You will assist with withdrawals and deposits, open new accounts, review credit reports, and provide member support by phone and in person.
This role requires flexibility to float between branches and the contact center. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:15am–5:15pm with two to three Saturdays per month; confidentiality, cross-selling, and accurate transactions are essential.
