• Welcome & Host:
  Greet clients with warmth and enthusiasm making them feel at home in our showroom. Which could include coordinating lunch or refreshments for our clients.
• Listen & Observe:
  Help our designers pay close attention to our customers’ preferences, words, and body language to anticipate their needs and learn who they are.

  Use the details you learn about clients to deliver a deeply personalized experience (e.g., remembering how they take their coffee, tracking their project milestones, or sending a thoughtful note before or after a project).
