Smokymountains is hiring multiple Seasonal Guest Engagement Specialist positions in Knoxville, TN. The role pays $20 per hour and runs Oct through Jan, with training Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. After training, shifts may change, including evenings and weekends during peak season.
The job emphasizes exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat and text, plus strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace. Previous CS experience is required.
