Are you ready to help build something amazing from the ground up? Dr. Adam Perry and our incredible team are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to help launch and grow a thriving hygiene program in our well-established, private dental practice in Paducah, KY.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary starting at $hr. plus individual & team bonuses available!
• Full Time
Schedule:
4 days/week! Monday – Thursday 8a-5p
• Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (upon qualification)!

Requirements:
• Hold a valid Kentucky Dental Hygienist license.
• Bring your 1+ years of experience as a RDH to the table.
Roles & Responsibilities :
As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by:
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments:
Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.
• Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care:
Prophylaxis cleanings, scaling & root planing, polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.
• Patient
Education:
Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
