The incoming Pediatric Dentist will assume clinical leadership of the practice, guide the team, and play a key role in shaping the future growth and culture of the office. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care using accepted clinical and radiographic techniques
• Serve as clinical leader for the practice, supporting quality care and team development
• Develop and present treatment plans focused on long-term oral health outcomes
• Deliver care in a compassionate, patient‑centered environment
• Mentor and support clinical team members as needed
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
• Ensure adherence to all State and Federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board standards, and practice policies

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD (Required)
• Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry (Required)
