Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $45-55 per hour with negotiated sign‑on bonuses. Full‑time up to $10,000, part‑time up to $5,000. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, and flexible schedules.

Dental Hygienist

• Deliver direct dental care under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Document patient history, charting, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Assist with treatment coordination and provide compassionate service.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment.
• Experience working with children (70%+ patient base).

• Competitive hourly pay with uncapped bi‑weekly production bonus.
