We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. • Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.
• Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel to the designated locations: 3510 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218; 201 Towne Dr, Elizabethtown, KY 42701; 1301 Winchester Rd, Lexington, KY 40505.

• Denta Pro software.
• Digital x‑ray and Panorex units.
• Fiber‑optic handpieces.
• Year‑long OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Typical staffing: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Patient base primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on location.
• Office flow: average 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients.
• State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
• Other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.).
• Nitrous oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.
• Willingness and ability to cover the geographical area outlined above.

• Guaranteed daily rate of $900 during ramp period or a percentage of collections.
• Earn additional income each week for traveling to other offices within your geographic area (all expenses paid: hotel, mileage, meals where applicable).
• Attractive sign‑on bonuses up to $30,000.
• Student loan repayment assistance up to $1,000/month for specific locations.
• Relocation assistance up to $7,500.
• No lab fees.
