• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, primarily children (ages 3‑21) and up to 30% adult population.
• Use Denta Pro software, digital X‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces to perform diagnostics and treatments.
• Participate in daily huddles, help plan the day, and promote teamwork and patient focus.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training; complete yearly certifications.
• Work with a dedicated team: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.

• Average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
• State insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payor mix.

• Guaranteed base pay exceeding $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.

• DDS/DMD from an ADA‑accredited program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant state(s).
• Certifications as required (CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide—only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassionate approach to pediatric and adult dental care.
• Willingly reimbursed for license, certification, and professional dues (ADA, AAPD).
