Role Overview

We are looking for a Skilled Dental Assistant to become a long‑term lead member of our happy dental team. Our highly advanced digital practice offers intraoral scanning, same‑day crown fabrication, CT scanners, intraoral cameras and other technologies. Digital dentistry sets us apart and we focus on family, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. We accept most insurances and have high new‑patient flow and a happy, stable team.

This position is full time in Palm Beach.

We are seeking committed, loyal, self‑starters who understand the importance of teamwork and have a great personality. The right individuals should have at least five years of minimum clinical chairside experience, be well‑organized, reliable, and capable of going the extra mile to make a difference. Dental assistant school is required. Dentrix/Dexis experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Educate and speak to patients in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Clinical ordering of supplies and maintaining office stock.
  • Speak to patients about dental concerns.
  • Keep basic day‑to‑day procedures smooth.
  • Sterilization techniques and sterilizing instruments according to regulations.
  • Assist the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry.
  • Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
  • Keep the dental room clean and well‑stocked.
  • Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort.
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment, and material needed.
  • Make temporary impressions and pack cords.
  • Take care of all doctors' needs and requests.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a dental assistant.
  • Outgoing and cheerful personality.
  • Able to pack cord and make temporary impressions.
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Well‑organized and reliable.
  • CAD / CAM experience beneficial.
  • Knowledge of digital dentistry useful.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and driven to succeed.
  • Firm commitment to caring for patients.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
