Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range: $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience.
Sign‑on bonuses: Up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time.

We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team and support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community.

  Education:
  
  Hygienists with at least one year of employment may seek reimbursement up to $250 per year.
• Certification training: CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc.; the company reimburses eligible training and testing expenses.

Our hygienists are responsible for delivering direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist and for providing general support to the office.

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Provide direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and seek opportunities for same‑day care.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene.
• Assess dental condition and needs, review medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary.
• Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts when necessary.
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
