Nalchajian Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our thriving practice in Fresno and Clovis, CA.
Please note, this position will be based across both the Fresno and Clovis offices, with time spent at each location as needed.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Partner with orthodontists to deliver top-tier care and create confident, healthy smiles.
- Capture and process dental records (x-rays, scans, impressions) with precision and care.
- Educate and empower patients with oral hygiene tips and treatment guidance.
- Keep our clinical space running smoothly—sterilize instruments, prep materials, and manage lab duties.
- Be a friendly face—greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
- Orthodontic Assistant is preferred, or Registered Dental Assistant
- Radiology License required to take x-rays
- Good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
- Proficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
