Robinson Family Dentistry is now hiring a Full Time Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator in Hahira, Georgia!

Full Time Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator Schedule

Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Occasional Once a Month Saturdays

Responsibilities
  • Insurance coordination and verification
  • Treatment plan preparation and presentation
  • Patient and Insurance billing processes
  • Collecting, processing and posting payments
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmation
  • Scheduling productive and efficient provider schedules
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Dental front office experience preferred
  • Experience with Insurance Billing Processes and Collecting, Processing and Posting Payments preferred
  • Experience with Treatment Plan Coordinating & Presentation preferred
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn
  • Dental practice software experience, Denticon experience preferred
  • Must have a proven track record of presenting treatment plans and gaining case acceptance by securing appointments and payment for services.
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor and able to resolve conflict
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Energetic team player with a positive outlook on serving the needs of our patients and the business
