Responsibilities

• Greet and support patients with a welcoming attitude
• Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates for financial arrangements
• Handle treatment paperwork including consent, insurance, and exit forms
• Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, costs, and objections

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical or dental front desk experience
• Insurance verification experience
• Detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
