Cascades One Dental is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our offices utilize modern dental technology, including:

• Open Dental Practice Management Software
• Medit Digital Scanner
• Digital X-rays
• Paperless charting and workflow systems

Office

Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Team members are expected to arrive by 7:30 AM for morning setup and preparation.

• Assist the doctor chairside using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient procedures
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Scan patients using iTero and Medit technology
• Fabricate temporary crowns and provisional restorations
• Assist with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, oral surgery, and other general dental procedures
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
• Review treatment plans and obtain patient consents
• Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate patient records within Open Dental
• Ensure exceptional patient experiences through outstanding customer service
• Support front office and clinical team members as needed

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with digital radiography
• Experience with Open Dental preferred
• Experience with digital scanners (iTero or Medit ) preferred
• Comfortable assisting with a wide range of general dental procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with implant procedures
• Experience with same-day digital workflows
  
  Knowledge of treatment planning and patient education
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
