Dental Practice Supervisor

Smiles at Fairfax Corner is looking for a Dental Practice Supervisor in Fairfax, Virginia, to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

As a Dental Practice Supervisor you’ll utilize your team-building and communication skills to the fullest. The right candidate will be organized and have the skills necessary to multitask effectively and efficiently. You’ll be a key point of contact for dental team members, while acting as liaison between the office and the management. Therefore, this position is especially important for ensuring messages are delivered to the office team in a timely and consistent manner.

In addition to exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ideal applicant will lead in a positive, yet productive way. He or she must have the ability to thrive under pressure and work well with others.

• Full time:
  Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm and Friday 8am-2pm

• Experience working in a dental office is required.
• Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
