Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients — preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments
  • Conduct exams, diagnose oral conditions, and build individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on oral health and hygiene
  • Manage patient behavior and anxiety to keep visits positive (and maybe even fun!)
  • Collaborate closely with assistants, hygienists, and office staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold all safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
  • Specialty license
  • Excellent communication skills — especially with children and families
  • Team-oriented, compassionate, and patient-centered mindset
