The Opportunity Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Are you a friendly, energetic dental assistant who loves working with children and thrives in a fast-paced environment? Rebecca Wheeler, DMD is looking for an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to join our team-oriented practice in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

• Four-day work week (Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

As an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care by:

• Assisting with sterilization procedures
• Educating patients on oral health and treatment plans
• Taking dental X-rays
• Performing coronal polishing
• Placing sealants
• Assisting with fillings and restorative procedures

Required/Preferred:

• 1-2 years of dental assisting experience
• Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) (Preferred)
• X-Ray certification
• Coronal Polishing certification
• CPR certification (R)
• High School Diploma or GED(R)
