Front Desk Receptionist Job Description

I-Rise Dental Boutique in Del Mar is looking for a warm, confident and organized Patient Advocate / Dental Treatment Coordinator who genuinely enjoys helping people.

This is not a traditional receptionist position.

You will be one of the key people guiding patients from their first questions through treatment - helping them feel heard, understand their options, navigate insurance and financing, and confidently move forward with care that is right for them.

Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression by phone and in person.

Review and explain treatment plans, fees, insurance benefits and financing/payment options in a clear, caring way.

Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment and help identify and overcome barriers to care.

Coordinate appointments and maintain timely, organized patient communication.

Work closely with the doctor, clinical team and front office to provide a seamless patient experience.

Maintain accurate notes and follow-through so patients never feel forgotten.

You may be a great fit if you are:

A people person with strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Organized, dependable and willing to take ownership and follow through.

Comfortable discussing treatment value, fees and payment options without being pushy.

Positive, coachable and interested in learning and growing.

Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people make good decisions about their health.

Dental front-office or treatment-coordinator experience is helpful, but it is not the only background we will consider.

Strong candidates coming from healthcare, hospitality, customer service, sales or other patient/client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

, but have not yet had the opportunity to build U.S. dental-office experience,
we would still like to hear from you.

For the right candidate, I-Rise Dental is open to providing hands-on training, mentorship and an opportunity to develop practical U.S. dental front-office and treatment-coordination experience.
