Drs. Lance Bruntz and Dan Walton are known in the orthodontic community as knowledgeable and skillful doctors who work together to provide an excellent and truly unique orthodontic experience. Our services include Phase I preventative treatment for children, braces for teens and adults, iTero® 3D digital impression-free scanning, and Invisalign® clear orthodontic aligners—ranking us as a Top 1% provider of Invisalign for teens and adults!

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll guide patients and families through their orthodontic journey from their very first visit:

• First Impressions & Consultations:
  Welcome new patients and families, creating a positive, reassuring, and fun first impression.
• Treatment Presentation:
  Coordinate and present doctor-recommended treatment plans clearly and compassionately.
• Financial & Insurance Guidance:
  Review financial arrangements, explain flexible payment plans, and walk parents through insurance benefits.
• Scheduling & Records Management:
  Answer questions, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate electronic patient records to keep daily workflows running smoothly.
• Multi-Site Clinic Operations:
  Travel between our local offices (Reno, Sparks, and Carson City) as needed to support daily consultations.

• Experience:
  No prior dental or orthodontic experience needed! 1–2+ years of customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are fully prepared to train candidates eager to build a long-term dental career.
