Our thriving dental office in New Hampton is seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and family-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:

  • Provide preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and polishing
  • Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings
  • Take and interpret dental radiographs using established protocols
  • Administer local anesthesia (as permitted by licensure)
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and personalized treatment recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and infection control standards
  • Support clinical efficiency and collaborate closely with the dentist and team
  • Contribute to creating an exceptional, comfortable patient experience
Qualifications
Required:
  • Proficiency in dental procedures, instrumentation, and sterilization methods
  • Knowledge of radiography protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Preferred:
  • Experience with pediatric patients
  • Familiarity with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software
  • Knowledge of vital signs and systemic health assessment
  • Experience with impression taking or digital scans
  • Dental assisting experience is a plus

Job type:

Full-time or Part-time

$37.00 - $50.00 per hour
