Our thriving dental office in New Hampton is seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and family-focused environment.

What You’ll DoAs a valued member of our clinical team, you will:
- Provide preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and polishing
- Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings
- Take and interpret dental radiographs using established protocols
- Administer local anesthesia (as permitted by licensure)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and personalized treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and infection control standards
- Support clinical efficiency and collaborate closely with the dentist and team
- Contribute to creating an exceptional, comfortable patient experience
Required:
- Proficiency in dental procedures, instrumentation, and sterilization methods
- Knowledge of radiography protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Experience with pediatric patients
- Familiarity with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software
- Knowledge of vital signs and systemic health assessment
- Experience with impression taking or digital scans
- Dental assisting experience is a plus

$37.00 - $50.00 per hour
