Compensation: $60+/hr based on experience + lucrative hygiene bonus program

Schedule:

4 days per week with No weekends!

• Tuesday: 7am - 4pm
• Wednesday: 8am
  -5pm
• Thursday: 8am - 5pm
• Friday: 7am
  -4pm
• Saturday:
  Off
• Sunday:

Comprised of skilled professionals with a wealth of experience and expertise, they are dedicated to providing our patients with the highest standard of care. Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist

As a vital clinical partner, you will elevate patient health by providing preventive care, education, and a seamless clinical experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and updating X-rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
• Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
• Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
• Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
• Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
• Educating patients on oral health and the mouth-body connection
• Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment

What You Bring

• California Licensed Hygienists
• Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach
