Patient Care Coordinator

We're a small, woman-owned private practice in Loveland dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered dental care. You'll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see — and that matters to us. Our front office is the heartbeat of the practice, and we're looking for someone who brings warmth, organization, and genuine care to every interaction.

• Greet and welcome patients, setting the tone for a positive visit
• Manage scheduling, appointment reminders, and daily office flow
• Assist patients with intake forms and keep records accurate and up to date
• Verify insurance, submit claims, collect payments, and handle related billing tasks
• Communicate with insurance providers and other dental offices on behalf of patients
• Work in Dentrix to chart treatments, enter insurance, create financial estimates, and manage our in-house savings plan
• Handle general office duties — phones, filing, faxing, photocopying
• Prepare patient charts and daily schedules for the clinical team

• High school diploma (required)
• Associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Dental or medical front office experience (preferred)
• Dentrix experience (helpful — we're happy to train the right person)
