Band Assistant

Job Summary:

Assist Band Director with keeping band room neat and organized and keep inventory of instruments and uniforms.

• Inventory instruments
• Keep a full and ongoing record of all instruments and a thorough record of where each instrument is at all times.
• Inventory Uniforms
• Assist Band director is making copies of music, keeping music organized and filed properly.
• Assist Band director in contacting band members to relay information.
• Keep an updated schedule of where the Band will be expected to play and when.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure procedures are followedaccurately
• Reliability is a must;this is a full semester commitment.

Working Hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm Monday through Friday.

Pay Rate: Starting at $ Hrs/week

Must be at least 18 years old and have English literacy skills. Employment with ESU is contingent on the selected candidate passing a thorough background check that includes: FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Abuse, and employment.
