Job Summary:

Renaissance Dental Implant Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-oriented Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our advanced dental implant practice. The Office Manager plays a central role in delivering a five star experience to each patient. This individual will lead the administrative team, optimize office operations, support practice growth, and ensure that patient needs are met to the utmost degree throughout the treatment journey.

Overview of

Job Duties:
  • Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the practice in close partnership with the doctor.
  • Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office.
  • Ensure the office is appropriately organized, prepared, and staffed for consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain equipment, technology, supplies, and office facilities.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and procedures.
  • Ensure that every patient receives attentive, compassionate, and personalized service from the first telephone call through treatment completion.
  • Assist with sensitive or complex patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor new-patient inquiries, consultation scheduling, case acceptance, cancellations, and no-shows.
  • Confirm that required records, imaging, medical clearances, consents, financial arrangements, and laboratory components are completed before treatment.
  • Oversee patient accounts, collections, insurance processes, financing options, payment plans, and financial documentation.
  • Ensure patients receive accurate, transparent, and compassionate explanations of treatment costs and payment expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control standards, employee training, and applicable dental regulations.
  • Maintain current policies, licenses, certifications, training records, safety documentation, and emergency protocols.
  • Support community outreach, referral relationships, patient education, and practice marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor the handling and follow-up of leads from telephone calls, website inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate team members.
  • Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance and professionalism.
  • Lead regular team meetings, daily huddles, and employee development activities.
  • Address employee concerns and performance issues consistently and professionally.
