San Jose, CA | 2–4 days per week | Long-Term Partnership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Associate Dentist to join our established private
general dentistry practice in San Jose.
This is a long-term opportunity for a dentist who is interested in becoming an integral part of an
established practice, with the potential to develop into a partner and future owner.

• Established private general dentistry practice
• Approximately $1.4 million in annual collections
• Established and active patient base
• Strong new-patient flow
• Primarily PPO/private-pay patient base
• Experienced front-office and clinical team
• 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants
• Dedicated office manager
• Established systems and patient processes
• Broad range of comprehensive general dentistry procedures

• Has strong clinical skills and sound judgment
• Provides high-quality, comprehensive dental care
• Is fluent in English and able to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and staff
• Communicates effectively with patients and team members
• Is professional, dependable, and personable
• Values long-term patient relationships
• Is comfortable working independently
• Is motivated to grow clinically and professionally
• Is interested in private-practice ownership
• Is looking for a long-term professional relationship rather than a short-term associate position
• General dentistry experience is preferred. Dentists earlier in their careers with strong clinical training and the right attitude may also be considered.

• Initial schedule of 2–4 days per week
• Opportunity to increase days as the schedule develops

• There is no requirement to purchase the practice immediately. The ownership opportunity would be discussed over time after both parties have had the opportunity to establish a successful working relationship.
