• Continuing Education funds/Professional dues/Subscriptions: up to $2,000/year for CE units needed to maintain licensure, improve existing skills, stay current on dental practice, and/ or help meet organizational needs. These funds can also be used for professional dues and subscriptions

• Petaluma Health Center 401K Match: PHC matches $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed by the employee up to 2.5% of the employee’s salary per pay period. In addition, PHC contributes 3% of each employee’s salary as Safe Harbor contribution annually, if the employee has met the service requirements.

The Staff Dentist performs evaluation, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases, injuries and malformations of teeth, periodontal tissues and other related oral structures and their impact on the body.
