You know how to take a busy dental office and turn it into a high-performing, organized, welcoming, and profitable practice. You thrive in an environment where leadership, accountability, patient experience, and teamwork all matter.

If you love developing people, improving systems, creating a strong team culture, and taking ownership of the day-to-day success of a dental practice, this is your opportunity to lead.

We’re looking for a results-driven Office Manager who understands the business of dentistry just as well as the people side. Someone who can balance patient care with operational excellence, hold a team accountable while keeping morale high, and confidently lead the office toward its goals.

This role is for a leader who wants ownership, influence, and impact—not micromanagement.

Role Summary As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, team performance, patient experience, and financial performance of the dental office. You will work closely with the doctors and leadership team to ensure the practice operates efficiently, delivers exceptional patient care, and consistently meets its goals.

The ideal candidate is an experienced dental leader who is organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about building a strong team and a successful practice.### Responsibilities Operational

* Manage billing, collections, insurance processes, and accounts receivable.
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and support the practice in achieving monthly and annual financial goals.
* Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming office environment.
