About Rebis
Rebis is a multidisciplinary sleep wellness center dedicated to transforming sleep health and restoring overall wellness. Our multidisciplinary model integrates sleep medicine, airway dentistry and functional medicine by implementing root cause diagnostics, and treatment pathways into a unified healing experience.
Our mission is to restore and enhance individual healing by optimizing sleep health through a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach rooted in connection, integrity, and compassion.
Our vision is to become the nation’s leading multidisciplinary center for sleep wellness, creating a comprehensive ecosystem of healing that empowers individuals to thrive.
At the heart of Rebis is a simple commitment:
Every person who interacts with us should feel Loved, Heard, and Safe.
The RoleRebis is looking for a Part Time or Per Diem orthodontist to work along side our sleep and airway dentistry team to assist with onsite orthodontic care, including treatment planning and orthodontic implementation with bracket and wires and clear aligners solutions.
Onsite time investment is anticipated to be be one day per week rotating between each of our locations weekly.
Why This Role ExistsPatients don’t struggle with sleep and airway issues because they lack appliances.
They struggle because:
- the root cause isn’t identified
- care is fragmented
- no one is connecting structure, airway, and physiology
Rebis was built to solve that.
We operate a multidisciplinary airway and sleep model, integrating:- Sleep Medicine
- Airway Dentistry
- Orthodontics
- Functional and root-cause care
You won’t be building this alone.
You’ll be trained and mentored by nationally recognized leaders:
- Kevin Boyd, DDS, MSc — Pediatric Airway Expert
- David McCarty, MD — Sleep Medicine
This is a rare opportunity to develop into a leader in airway-focused orthodontics within a true multidisciplinary model.
What You’ll Actually DoYou won’t just “run ortho cases.”
You will:
- Diagnose craniofacial contributors to airway dysfunction
- Build airway-focused treatment plans (not cosmetic-first plans)
- Lead patients into palatal expansion, MARPE, and structural interventions
- Collaborate daily with sleep medicine, airway dentistry, and care teams
- Help patients understand why treatment matters—and move forward
You are responsible for helping patients go from:
CONFUSION → CLARITY → TREATMENT → HEALING What Makes This Role Different- You work inside a fully integrated sleep and airway model
- You don’t rely on referrals—you are part of the care pathway
- You treat function first, aesthetics second
- You collaborate across disciplines daily
- You are measured on patient progression and outcomes—not just cases started
- Airway and craniofacial evaluation and diagnosis
- Airway-focused orthodontic treatment planning
- Palatal expansion and MARPE cases
- Multidisciplinary care coordination
- Patient education and case acceptance
- Contribution to treatment starts and healing outcomes
We operate on a root-cause, systems-based philosophy of care.
This means:
- We identify why dysfunction exists—not just what it looks like
- We connect airway, sleep, craniofacial development, and systemic health
- We build integrated treatment plans across specialties
- We focus on helping patients heal—not just manage symptoms
- Thinks beyond alignment → focuses on airway and function
- Explains treatment clearly and confidently
- Helps patients move forward—not delay
- Collaborates seamlessly across specialties
- Contributes to strong treatment conversion and outcomes
