Schedule:

Monday - Thursday and very other Friday: 7:45am-5:00pm (60 min for lunch)

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

• Demonstrated experience to met and exceed goals.
• 1 year of experience working in a Medical or Dental front office setting,
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience scheduling patients and working with insurances.

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or Mac Practice
