** Position Highlights
*** Full-time Lead Dentist position
* Minimum average salary: $300,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
* PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid

* Covered DEA license renewal and professional dues  
** What We’re Looking For
*** DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
* Active State Dental License & DEA License
* Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:  + Restorative procedures  + Cosmetic bondings and veneers  + Crown & Bridge  + Comprehensive treatment planner  + Comfortable and experienced with perio procedures such as crown lengthening and Gum Grafts a plus - currently all perio procedures are being referred out  + Endo, extractions, aligner/Invisalign and implant placement experience a plus, but not required
* Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
